The Specifics

For our custom hat products, we have a minimum order quantity of 144 hats in a single color-way or design.

We manufacturer these hats overseas so the lead times typically run about 60-90 days depending on how the first samples looks.

These hats usually start at $16/hat but the price can change based on quantity and design.

We have plenty of ways to make the hat unique so little add on's can change the price of the end product.

Customization FAQ's

Can I provide my own hats?

No sorry homie! Custom hats are something we offer but we don't do them in-house. We work with our current manufacturing partners to build a completely custom hat. We do not use other brands to create our products.

Will my hats have Hometown Hats Co branding?

Yes - unless you would like to pay extra to take our name off the final product. We view our custom hat process as a partnership. One where we both win and both get exposure!

Where are your hats made?

Our main manufacturer is in Vietnam. We also have an American-Made provider but those hats are less customizable. We are always looking for new sources and factories. Let us know if you have one you would like to use!

What if I can't hit the minimum order number?

We have other companies that we are happy to refer you to. You may also have a local emboridery or print shop that can better fit your hat needs.

What does branding help look like?

Our Co-Founder and Designer, Phillip Ortiz runs Peel Creative. He has worked with a few of our custom hat creators to help them build a brand identity. He can help get you everything you need for your business and we will help with the hats!
